Single cell transcriptome analysis of human primary osteoblasts
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: This study collected three femoral head samples, optimized the experimental workflow for osteoblast isolation and conducted single-cell transcriptomic sequencing. During the bioinformatic analysis of the single-cell transcriptomic data, we annotated into 10 cell types: OB, NE, Chondrocytes (CHON), Erythrocytes (ER), Macrophages (MAC), B cells (B), T cells (T), plasma cells (PC), Endothelial cells (EC), Smooth muscle cells (SMC). Using CellChat, we identified distinct ligand and receptor expression patterns across various cell types. These analyses allowed us to identify unique signaling mechanisms for each cell population and uncover functional communication among different cell types.
