Electric Field-Induced Release and Measurement Liquid Biopsy of Urinary Transcriptomics and Key Proteins from Normal and High-risk Pregnant Women
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: This study aimed to analyze the cell-free transcriptome from the urine of pregnant women diagnosed with various pregnancy-related complications, including gestational diabetes mellitus, preeclampsia, gestational hypertension, and intrauterine growth restriction. The findings were further validated using a liquid biopsy technique to establish non-invasive markers for the quick and early detection of these complications.
