Comparative gene expression profiling of high-grade serous ovarian cancer cells exposed to cisplatin or CX-5461

ABSTRACT: We use RNA-seq to characterise the transcriptional programs of proliferating OVCAR3, OVCAR4, OVCAR8, AOCS14 and AOCS30 cells versus those undergoing cisplatin- or CX-5461-induced senescence.
