Longitudinal Methylomic changes in PTSD following Sub-Anaesthetic Oral Ketamine Administration
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: This study is part of an investigation into the differential gene expression and methylation patterns in response to sub-anaesthetic oral ketamine treatment of PTSD to identify key molecular markers in building a predictive profile in determining longer term treatment outcomes. The data from this study is included in a number of articles and highlights the utility of combining gene expression data with epigenetic data and clinical outcomes to elucidate molecular profils receptive to ketamine’s sustained therapeutic effects as a step towards precision medicine.
