IWC immunization induces reprogramming of AMs via chromatin remodeling

ABSTRACT: We found the IWC of Acinetobacter baumannii intranasal immunization could induce alveolar macrophases training to exert the protection for bacterial infection. To characterize the epigenetic landscape of IWC treated TR-AMs and CD13+ cell derived AMs, we performed bulk ATAC-seq from these cells to see the epigenetic programming.
