ABSTRACT: In this study, we performed spatial transcriptomics and bulk transcriptomics to profile LUAD patient samples. Next we constructed lung tumoroid from the patient and performed bulk transcriptome profiling to demonstrate its relevancy, and drug sensitivity assays
