ABSTRACT: This project aimed to map transcriptome changes in the forearm skeletal muscle of patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing hemodialysis access placement surgery. Muscle biopsies were obtained from the brachioradialis muscle pre- and at several timepoints post-operatively.
