Scap Stabilizes PKM2 to Promote Glycolysis and Enhance Antifungal Immunity in Macrophages
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Fungal infection induces substantial but poorly understood metabolic reprogramming in macrophages. To identify molecules that are potentially involved in the fungi infection of macrophages, RNA-Seq was conducted to compare the expression of mRNAs in Candida albicans infected BMDMs and control BMDMs from Scapf/f and Lyz2-cre-Scapf/f mice.
