Network analysis of normal colon organoids exposed to metformin reveals likely regulatory role for colorectal cancer genome-wide association study candidate genes


ABSTRACT: Here we aimed to define the effects of a three-day, 24-hour repeated dose exposure of metformin (90um) of colon epithelial cell gene expression through RNA-seq and network analysis (WGCNA) of 10 colon organoid lines derived from healthy individuals.
