Expression data from B lymphoid precursors of EPO-exposed and PBS-exposed C57BL/6 mice

ABSTRACT: B lymphopoiesis, a critical process during hematopoiesis, is tightly regulated through the expression of specific gene sets. While exposure to erythropoietin (EPO) has been shown to negatively affect B lymphopoiesis in mice, its impact on transcriptional regulation remains poorly understood Using microarrays, we analyzed gene expression in B lymphoid precursors from control wild-type (C57BL/6) mice and EPO-exposed mice. Our analysis revealed distinct classes of genes that were up-regulated or down-regulated during stress erythropoiesis
