Multi-omics analysis identifies erythroid cells as the major immunoregulatory population in mouse placentas [Nanostring]
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Pregnancy is one of the most important processes for mammals, which is deeply controlled by the immune system. We performed NanoString Immune Transcriptome to profile erythroid cells from mouse placentas from semi-allogeneic and syngeneic pregnancies at E12.5 and E19.5 to elucidate the differences between these types of pregnancies.
