ABSTRACT: Spry1 cKO mice were found spontaneously developed psoriasis-like skin inflammation and arthritis.To further investigate the periarticular immune microenvironment in paws, single-cell RNA sequencing of the periarticular tissue from Spry1 cKO and control mice was performed.
