The alterations of gene expression profiling induced by ORM1 knockdown in HCT116 cells.

ABSTRACT: Recently, ORM1 was found to play an oncogenic role in in several cancers. Here we report gene expression profiles of HCT116 cells treated with ORM1 siRNA. This study reveals a novel role of ORM1 in downstream gene regulation and provides a new explanation of ORM1’ s function in colorectal cancer.
