CD8+ T Cells in Breast Cancer Tumors and Draining Lymph Nodes: PD-1 levels, Effector Functions and Prognostic Relevance.
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: We analyzed the T cell receptor (TCR) repertoire of memory CD8+ T cells (CD8+ T cells excluding CD45RA+CD27+) isolated from invaded lymph nodes (LNs), non-invaded LNs, and primary tumors of patients with luminal breast cancer. Our findings revealed shared oligoclonal TCRs between LN and tumor-infiltrating CD8+ T cells, suggesting local recirculation of tumor-enriched T cells.
