Gene expression profiling of mouse lung tissue in a bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis model
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: This study investigates the gene expression changes in mouse lung tissue over time in a bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis model. Lung tissues were collected at day 0 (baseline), day 7, day 14, and day 21 post-bleomycin treatment to analyze the progression of fibrosis. Total RNA of whole lung tissues was extracted, and transcriptomic profiling was performed to identify key genes and pathways involved in the pulmonary fibrosis development. Our study provides insights into the temporal dynamics of gene expression during the fibrotic process.
