ABSTRACT: MC38-LM3b-shScramble and MC38-LM3b-shSLAMF3 liver metastatic lesions formed by spleen injection were used to isolate immune cells with CD45 magnetic beads, followed by scRNA-seq sequencing to analyze the effect of SLAMF3 on the colorectal cancer liver metastatic microenvironment.
