RNA-seq of aging mouse skin treated with red light, compared to untreated controls
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Using an aging mouse model (C57BL/6, 18-20 months), we applied red light irradiation (8 J/cm², once daily for 28 consecutive days) to investigate its potential in alleviating skin degeneration. Gene expression changes were analyzed by sequencing, comparing the light-exposed and control groups, and the involved regulatory signaling pathways were further explored.
