Interleukin-4 Antagonizes Inflammation and Aging Caused Hematopoiesis Dysregulation
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: IL-4, not only drives Th2 cell differentiation and reprogram macrophages toward an anti-inflammatory state but also plays crucial roles in aging and immunotherapy. However, the role of IL-4-STAT6 signaling in hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs) are less studied. So we sequenced mRNA from IL-4-treated or STAT6-KO HSPCs, LT-HSCs and MPPs, to address the roles of IL-4-STAT6 signaling in hematopoiesis.
