Comparative analyses of the Pacific oyster larvae exposed to the retiniic acid and its inhibitor Ro-41-5232

ABSTRACT: Pacific oyster larvae were cultured at 22'C with or without 1uM retiniic acid or the 1uM retiniic acid receptor inhibitor, Ro-41-5232 with triplicate. At 9hpf, RNAs were isolated, cDNA libraries were prepared and sequenced using Illumina HiSeq2500, 100bp paird end reading.
