RNA-seq analysis of liver sinusoidal endothelial cells exposed to hydrostatic pressure stimulation

ABSTRACT: Primary murine LSECs (mLSECs) were exposed to hydrostatic pressure (HP) stimulation. The expression of YAP/TAZ target genes such as CTGF and basement membrane-related genes such as COL4A1was upregulated in mLSECs exposed to HP stimulation.
