GRHL and PGR control WNT4 expression in the mammary gland via 3D 2 looping of conserved and species-specific enhancers [T47DS RNA-seq]
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: This dataset belongs to a study in which we functionally dissect the cis-acting enhancer network and spatiotemporal transcriptional mechanisms that regulate WNT4 expression in the mouse mammary gland and the human breast. As part of these efforts, we identified GRHL as a luminal lineage transcription factor. In follow up work, we studied the interplay between GRHL2 and PGR in the presence and absence of progesterone signaling. This bulk RNAseq dataset allows investigation of the PGR signaling response in human T47DS breast cancer cells in either the presence or absence of GRHL2 gene expression.
