CD9 hi vs.CD9lo Tfh cells in LCMV infection [RNA-seq]

ABSTRACT: CD9hi Tfh cells (CD4+CD44+Ly6CloPSGL-1loCXCR5hiPD-1hi CD9hi) or CD9lo Tfh cells(CD4+CD44+Ly6CloPSGL-1loCXCR5hiPD-1hi CD9lo) were sorted from male B6 mice at 8 days post infection with acute LCMV. RNA-seq was employed to assess transcriptional changes in the different Tfh cell subsets during infection.
