Mesenchymal stromal cells induce MYC repression in activated T cells

ABSTRACT: We utilized 10X Genomics Multiome technology to obtain single cell gene expression and chromatin accessibility profiles to identify the genetic and epigenetic changes which underlie the suppressive effects of yMSCs on alloreactive T cells.
