ABSTRACT: Investigate whether IL-6 blockade diminish the insulin sensitivity in skeletal muscle of patients with rheumatoid arthritis following an acute exercise session. Muscle biopsies were performed before and after an exercise session to characterize the gene expression profiling analysis using RNA-seq in patients with rheumatoid arthritis using IL-6 or TNF-alpha inhibitors
