RNAseq analysis of Neuro-2a cells after infection with HSV-1

ABSTRACT: We used HSV-1 to infect Neuro-2a cells (MOI=10) for 5h, and set the mock group without infection as a control. Host genes that were significantly changed between HSV-1 infected and control groups were compared.
