Gene expression profiling of murine osteosarcoma NHOS cells with/without IL10RB transfection

ABSTRACT: To investigate the effect of IL10RB expression in cancer cells, IL10RB(low) NHOS cells were transfected with a plasmid vector pCMV6-ENTRY encoding murine il10rb (NHOS-TR) or the empty vector as mock control (NHOS-mock), and compared the differences in gene expressions between them.
