Single-cell RNA Sequencing of T Cells from Anti-IgG and Anti-PD1 injection Mouse hearts after MI
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Programmed cell death protein 1 (PD1) is crucial for adaptive immunity regulation, showing considerable effects in various diseases especially in tumor field. To determine the activation of PD1+ T cells in MI, we sorted and sequenced PD1+ T cells accompanied with PD1- T cells in the mice heart after MI. In order to deeply investigate the function of PD1+ T cells in heart during MI, we performed single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to detect the change T cells from anti-IgG and anti-PD1 mouse after MI.
