Expression data from human dermal papilla cells

ABSTRACT: Dermal papilla is pivotal for hair follicle morphogenesis and regeneration. However, isolation of human DP cells still depends on laborious microdissection and in vitro expansion impairing their hair-inductive capacities. We established a novel culture condition maintaining human DP cell properties and analyze global gene expression profiles between DP cells cultured in newly-invented and conventional conditions.
