Effect of Grx2 gene knockout on the transcriptomic profile of BMSCs.

ABSTRACT: To investigate the gene expression changes after Grx2 knockout, we isolated primary BMSCs from Grx2+/+ and Grx2-/- mice and passaged them to the 7th generation. Then, we performed gene expression analysis using RNA-seq data from six cell samples (three replicates per group).
