The impact of U2AF2 deficiency on gene expression in ovarian cancer cells
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: U2AF2 is an RNA processing-related factor that has a substantial impact on various cellular processes and is also closely associated with cancer development. Here, functional experiments demonstrated that U2AF2 significantly promotes ovarian cancer progression.RNA-seq analysis revealed that differentially expressed genes downstream of U2AF2 are significantly enriched in the Wnt signaling pathway, which was validated by Western blot.In summary, our data provide new molecular insights into ovarian cancer.
