ABSTRACT: We used microarrays to investigate transcriptomic changes between parental SNU449 and sorafenib-resistant SNU449 cells under various shRNA knockdown conditions. Samples included control, sorafenib-resistant, Ad-shHSP27, Ad-shTGFβ1, Ad-shHSP27-shTGFβ1 and Ad-shTGFβ1-shGRP78 knockdown conditions.
