Hippo Signaling Regulates Spontaneous Human Trophoblast Syncytialization in 3D Cultures


ABSTRACT: Human trophoblast stem cells were grown as 2D or 3D cultures. RNA-seq was then utilized to determine global transcriptomic changes between 2D and 3D cultures. This study provides insight into the molecular mechanisms regulating the development of trophoblast subpopulations in 3D cultures.
