ABSTRACT: Peripheral blood samples were collected from healthy controls and rheumatoid arthritis patients (active disease: DAS28 > 2.7), subsequently CD14+ monocytes were isolated using a positive selection kit, RNA was extracted and RNA-Seq was completed.
