Expression data from macrophages sorted from Human Aortic Smooth Muscle Cells treated by PM2.5


ABSTRACT: Transcriptomic analysis implicated that PM2.5 could influence genes involved in the IRE1α-mediated unfolded protein responses and reduce the expression of DNAJB9, a co-chaperone formed a complex with BiP/IRE1α to inhibit the activation of endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress. We investigate the mRNA expression of Human Aortic Smooth Muscle Cells induced by PM2.5 exposure by microarray.
