Transcriptomic analysis of Ywhaz knockout in preimplantation mouse embryos


ABSTRACT: This study investigates the role of Ywhaz in early embryo development using a CRISPR-Cas9 knockout mouse model. RNA-seq was performed on pooled blastocysts derived from control and Ywhaz-knockout zygotes. Differential gene expression and pathway enrichment analysis revealed dysregulation of redox and cell proliferation pathways, providing insights into the molecular function of YWHAZ during preimplantation development.
