ABSTRACT: RNAsequencing was performed for murine primary aortic smooth muscle cells (SMC) and endothelial cells (EC) from wildtype animals (WT) and animals with conditional EGFR knockout in VSMC (KOsmc) after exposing the cells to obestity-associated stress factors.
