The effect of carnitine treatment on palmitic acid-treated C2C12 myotubes
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Skeletal muscle fatty infiltration has been shown to be strongly associated with sarcopenia. In this study, we used palmitic acid to treat C2C12 myotubes to cause fatty acid overload, along with carnitine, and analyzed gene expression in different groups of C2C12 myoblasts by RNA sequencing.
