Epigenetic characterization of T progenitor exhausted and terminally exhausted T cells in chronic infection [ATACseq_Prdm1YFP]
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Exhausted T cells are a heterogeneous population of antigen-reactive CD8+ T cells elicited by chronic antigen exposure. T progenitor exhausted (TPEX) and terminally exhausted (TEX) cells exhibit distinct gene expression profiles, but how their chromatin accessibility profiles differ remains incompletely defined. This dataset interrogates genome-wide differences in chromatin accessibility of Prdm1YFP+TIM3+ (TEX), Prdm1YFP-TIM3-(TPEX), and Prdm1YFP+TIM3- cells.
