ABSTRACT: Characteristics of the chondroprogenitors cells remain unidentified. Here we identified a chondroprogenitor population, which specifically expresses Procr, and used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the diversity and differentiation of Procr-lineage cells in articular cartilage.
