Gene expression profiles of diagnostic and relapsed diffuse large B-cell lymphoma samples

ABSTRACT: This study characterizes genetic and expressional changes in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) from diagnosis (Dx) to relapsed/refractory (RR) disease. Gene expression profiling was performed for 49 DLBCL patients with 56 samples and was used to assign each individual sample according to ABC/GCB subtypes, B-cell associated gene signatures (BAGS), and resistance gene signatures (REGS).
