RNA-seq result of human skin derived from patients with psoriasis and healthy controls.

ABSTRACT: This study aimed to identify disease-specific transcriptomic signatures and compare them with those of psoriasis and healthy controls to distinct molecular markers. Differential expression analysis revealed key genes associated with epidermal barrier function and inflammation, including FLG, SPINK5, LOR, and SERPINB4, highlighting the unique molecular features of psoriasis in Asian populations. This dataset offers a valuable resource for advancing the understanding of psoriasis pathogenesis and exploring potential therapeutic targets.
