ABSTRACT: We cross-sectionally examined various interstitial lung diseases (ILDs) via spatial transcriptomics of human samples. We unveiled crucial gene expression patterns and molecules involving fibrosis, exploring prognostic significance of this molecule in unclassifiable ILDs.
