Neural Circuit Dysfunction in SAH Mice: Targeting PSAP for Therapeutic Intervention in Consciousness Disorders

ABSTRACT: We have employed a single-nucleus RNA sequencing approach to investigate the neural circuit mechanisms of consciousness disorders after subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH), focusing on the regulatory role of the Psap/Gpr axis in oligodendrocytes on CL-mPFC circuit conduction and white matter integrity, and validate potential therapeutic intervention.
