Vehicle vs CXCL10 expression in 4MOSC1 buccal tumors

ABSTRACT: To explore changes in the immune status of the TME induced by IT CXCL10 administration in 4MOSC1 tumors, we employed the nCounter PanCancer Mouse Immune Profiling gene expression platform (NanoString Technologies), which surveys 770 immune-related gene signatures, thereby enabling broad characterization of immune cell populations and inflammatory status.
