Effect of depletion of METTL16 on gene expression HPMVECs [RNA-Seq]

ABSTRACT: A recently identified N6-methyladenosine (m6A) methyltransferase, METTL16 functions independently of the METTL3/METTL14 complex.Considering the methyltransferase activity of METTL16 and several reported transcripts, we performed RNA sequencing (RNA-Seq) on endothelial cells that were treated with either shCtrl or shMETTL16 lentivirus.
