RNAseq analysis in undifferntiated and differnciated CT27 human trophobast stem cells

ABSTRACT: In this study CT27 human TSC were cultured in stem state culture condition and also differentiated to Extravillous trophblast lineage and global RNAseq was performed to capture gene expression pattern.
