RNA seq of human colon cancer cell line HT29 treated with nanocurcumin

ABSTRACT: This study explores the transcriptomic effects of Gemini-curcumin (Gemini-Cur), a nano formulated version of curcumin, on HT-29 colorectal cancer cells. RNA sequencing was performed on treated and control samples to identify differentially expressed RNAs. The dataset provides insights into the molecular mechanisms of Gemini-Cur and its potential in modulating gene expression.
