Hes1 regulates bone marrow mesenchymal stromal cell function through suppressing NFATc2-mediated inflammation

ABSTRACT: Transcriptome analysis reveals that disruption of Hes1 in BM microenvironment alters expression of genes critical for cellular metabolism and inflammation. Our study unveils a pivotal role of Hes1 in maintaining bone marrow mesenchymal stromal cell hemostasis and regulating their hematopoiesis supportive function.
