ScRNA-seq assessment of the impact of loss of Tgfbr2 in DPT-expessing fibroblasts in a model of fibrotic lung disease

ABSTRACT: To investigate the cell intrinsic role of Tgfbr2 signaling in fibroblasts in response to a fibrosis inducing lung injury, we crossed Tgfbr2.flox mice to Dpt.CreERT2 mice. We then perfomed gene expression profiling using scRNA-seq in conditional Tgfbr2 ko and wt controls at day 24 post bleomycin injury.
