Comparative Transcriptome Analysis of Peripheral Blood in High-Risk Preeclampsia versus Normotensive Pregnancies
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: This study identifies peripheral blood transcriptomic signatures associated with high-risk preeclampsia (PE). RNA sequencing of 10 PE patients (clinically diagnosed with hypertension and proteinuria) and 10 matched normotensive controls revealed differentially expressed genes (DEGs) enriched in angiogenesis, immune regulation, and endothelial dysfunction pathways, suggesting their potential as early biomarkers for PE.
